WorkSpaceLogic has launched its new web-based briefing tool Brief-IT! which has been commissioned by a national media organisation for functional briefing. Whilst developed for a specific project application, the tool has been designed for use on a broad range of projects. The tool comprises a database that is accessed via a web interface and provides a range of outputs, including room data sheets, space demand forecasting, adjacency matrices and scenario modelling. A key feature of the tool is its ability to be self-administered by client organisations or used as a platform for design teams to automate the briefing process. Upon completion of the current application, WorkSpaceLogic will be licensing the tool for commercial use.
