Chris Alcock is convening and facilitating a half-day masterclass in workplace change management for CoreNet Sydney Chapter and the CoreNet Workplace Community in Australia and New Zealand. The masterclass comprises presentations from four industry experts and then a round-table discussion with the 30 participants on the challenges and opportunities of implementing workplace change.
