Space Logic has been appointed by Parramatta City Council to develop a business planning strategy for the implementation of Council’s new Customer Service Strategy. The commission will span space, technology, business process and change management and will involve extensive stakeholder engagement, analysis of current systems and processes, best practice benchmarking and the facilitation of internal workshops to develop new service delivery models.
