Space Logic has been appointed in conjunction with Creative Spaces to develop the workplace strategy for Auckland Council and the strategic design brief for the new council workplace t 135 Albert Street. Auckland Council was created in 2010 through the merger of nine district and regional councils and the workplace strategy will form an important part of Council’s transformation process to a unified organisation. The 135 Albert Street project will be a first step in the implementation of that strategy, co-locating 1900 staff into a new 25,000 sq.m. workplace in the 29 storey former ASB Bank Tower.
